Your photos stay yours.

Selfies and thumbprint photos are previewed locally in your browser. They are never uploaded and are cleared when your report is revealed or you close the page. Measurements and your lucky number are submitted for validation but are not saved.

Reports and purchases

Your report and delivery email are stored for 30 days after purchase. Expired reports are cleared by scheduled cleanup. Unfinished checkouts are retained for up to 30 days. Payment identifiers and order totals are retained for purchase support and accounting; card details are handled by Dodo Payments.

Access and service providers

An essential browser cookie and a private email link let you reopen your report. We use Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Dodo Payments for checkout, and Mailgun for delivery emails. We do not run advertising pixels or send your inputs to ad platforms. Google Search Console provides aggregate search-performance information; it does not require a tracking script on the site.

Deleting a report

Open your report and choose “Delete my report & start again” to remove the saved report and delivery email. Deletion does not issue a refund or remove retained payment references.
